Cooking Ingredients:
- 2 thorn onions (onion must be large in size)
- Butter milk
- Flour
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, soak the onion with buttermilk. It will take 10 minutes.
- Pepper and salt should be seasoned with flour in separate pots.
- Take some onion in hand with the pinch. Drain the buttermilk and mix the onion with the flour. If you have more onions, repeat the same procedure.
- Heat oil in a large pan. When the oil is hot, add onion. After 2 minutes you will see that the color of onion has changed to golden.
- Now mix everything well. Wait until the water dries. Until then, keep cooking with the required salt.
